At Sculpt Glo by Isabella Russo, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on personal care, cosmetic, or beauty products once they have been opened or used.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Ear correctors

  • Haircare products once opened or used

  • Cosmetic or personal care items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet return conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Personal preference

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the item (subject to approval) and place a new order.

Processing Time

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
