At Sculpt Glo by Isabella Russo, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia (Standard Shipping): 3–7 business days

  • Australia (Express Shipping): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you automatically.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to address errors provided by the customer


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee refunds for parcels marked as delivered.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
